A kids Lil’ Dragons program introduces young children (usually ages 4–7) to martial arts in a fun, structured, and age-appropriate way. Beginners start by learning basic movements such as simple stances, footwork, balance drills, and safe falling techniques, along with easy punches and kicks taught at a slow, controlled pace. Classes use games, obstacle courses, and teamwork activities to build coordination, focus, listening skills, and confidence. The goal at this stage is not perfection—it’s helping children enjoy learning, stay active, and develop important life skills like respect, discipline, and self-control.

As children progress through the colored belts, they gradually learn more advanced techniques, combinations, and self-defense concepts, always tailored to their age and maturity. Higher belts focus on improved coordination, sharper technique, and stronger understanding of martial arts values. By the time they reach the Lil’ Dragons “black belt” level, they’ve built a solid foundation of physical skills and character qualities that prepare them to transition into the older kids’ or youth martial arts program. The journey is designed to develop confidence, perseverance, and a positive mindset—not just martial arts ability.

Our tailored training addresses these specific needs, nurturing their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social growth. We focus on a range of advanced skills crucial for this age group: concentration, perseverance, courage, intensity, speed, agility, technique, and flexibility.

Your child will engage in a tailored program that accommodates their abilities, training alongside peers of similar age. The Journey  – Children follow a structured martial arts syllabus while honing the 8 advanced skills. Fundamentals Boxing Class

In our beginners boxing class, you can expect a friendly, structured introduction to the fundamentals. Most classes start with a warm-up that includes light cardio, skipping, footwork drills, and basic body-weight exercises to prepare you for punching technique. The coach will then show you simple skills such as how to stand, move, guard properly, and throw basic punches like the jab, cross, and hook. You’ll practice these slowly on the pads, bags, or in partner drills, always with a focus on good form over power.

You won’t be thrown into sparring right away—beginners usually build skills first. Expect a supportive environment where everyone is learning together, plenty of sweat, and clear instruction on technique, balance, and coordination. By the end of class, you’ll feel a solid workout, increased confidence, and a better understanding of how boxing movements work, even if everything still feels new.

Our Kids Brazilian Ju Jitsu Gi BJJ classes –  are structured, fun sessions where children learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while wearing the traditional Gi (uniform). Coaches teach essential movements like shrimping, rolling, and breakfalls, along with simple positions such as guard, mount, and side control. Techniques are broken down into easy-to-understand steps, and kids practice them gently with partners. The atmosphere is supportive and playful, with games that build coordination, balance, and confidence while reinforcing BJJ skills.

Parents can expect a safe, disciplined environment where respect, teamwork, and focus are emphasized. Classes usually end with light drills or supervised positional sparring, always tailored to the child’s age and experience. Over time, kids develop their  technical skills to progress from beginner to black belt. problem- Coupled with this objective your child will improve their physical fitness, solving skills, and emotional resilience while having fun and making new  friends.

Fundamentals No Gi Bjj Classes

In our beginner / fundamental No-Gi BJJ classes you can expect a friendly, structured class where you learn basic grappling movements, simple techniques, and how to control an opponent without using clothing grips. You’ll wear a rashguard and shorts, warm up with movements like shrimping and sprawls, then practice 1–3 beginner techniques slowly with a partner. Everything is explained step-by-step, and nobody expects you to know anything on your first day.

Toward the end, you may do light positional drills or controlled sparring, but only if you feel comfortable. No-Gi is fast and dynamic, so at first you may feel a bit lost—but that’s completely normal. The environment is supportive, the learning curve is steep but fun, and after a few classes you’ll start to  feel more confident, fitter, and more aware of how your body moves.

Adult Kickboxing

Our adult kickboxing journey from beginner to black belt starts with learning the fundamentals in a supportive, technique-focused environment. As a beginner, you’ll learn basic stance, footwork, and simple strikes, jabs, crosses, hooks, front kicks, and roundhouse kicks along with how to guard properly and move safely. Classes combine pad work, bag work, and controlled drills to build coordination, timing, and confidence. Conditioning is a big part of early training, so expect to improve your fitness, flexibility, and endurance as you build a solid technical foundation.

As you progress through your belts, classes become more challenging and dynamic. You’ll develop combinations, defensive skills, head movement, counter striking, and eventually begin supervised sparring when you’re ready. Higher levels focus on strategy, precision, ring awareness, and advanced techniques like spinning kicks and complex combinations. By the time you reach black belt, you’ve built not only physical skill and conditioning but also discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of both the art and training mindset of kickboxing.

Adult BJJ Gi

Our training from beginner to black belt starts with learning the fundamental movements and positions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while wearing the traditional Gi. As a beginner, you’ll focus on basic techniques like guard, mount, side control, escapes, simple sweeps, and a few safe submissions such as armbars and collar chokes. Classes include warm-ups, technique breakdowns, drilling with partners, and light positional sparring once you’re comfortable. Early training builds coordination, body awareness, and confidence, and instructors guide you step-by-step with no expectation of previous experience.

As you move through the belt ranks, the training becomes more technical, strategic, and intense. You’ll develop advanced guard systems, refined transitions, pressure-based control, and a deeper understanding of timing and leverage. Rolling (live sparring) becomes a bigger part of class, helping you sharpen your problem-solving skills and adapt to different styles. By the time you reach black belt, you’ve mastered a wide range of techniques, learned to teach and refine details, and developed the mental discipline, patience, and resilience that define a true BJJ practitioner.
