At Croydon Martial Arts, our Kickboxing program offers high-quality coaching for men, women, and teens of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Whether your goal is fitness, confidence, or stepping into competition, our classes provide a safe, structured and motivating environment to develop real boxing skills.
Kickboxing Style
Our free style dynamic Kickboxing classes are designed to cater for all, from beginners through to advanced students. We provide a safe, fun & challenging experience for mixed men & women classes, combining technical training & fitness. You'll learn a range punches, kicks, footwork & self defence skills while incorporating strength & conditioning exercises to build endurance, power, speed & confidence. A structured grading system allows students to progress step by step from beginner levels all the way to black belt, with clear goals, supportive coaching, and an inclusive training environment. We have a strong emphasis on safe, disciplined, and technical development while acquiring lifetime skills.
