At Croydon Martial Arts, our Kickboxing program offers high-quality coaching for men, women, and teens of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Whether your goal is fitness, confidence, or stepping into competition, our classes provide a safe, structured and motivating environment to develop real boxing skills.

Kickboxing Style

Kickboxing classes for beginners through to advanced students. We provide a safe, fun, and challenging experience for mixed men and women classes, combining technical training and fitness. You'll learn a range punches, kicks, footwork, and defence while incorporating conditioning and strength exercises to build endurance, power, and confidence. A structured grading system allows students to progress step by step from beginner levels all the way to black belt, with clear goals, supportive coaching, and an inclusive training environment. We have a strong emphasis on safe, disciplined, and technical development while acquiring lifetime skills.
