Our Boxing Style

Our boxing classes offer a safe, fun, and challenging environment combining skill development with high-energy fitness training. Learn fundamental technique including stance, footwork, punching and defence while progressively adding combinations, partner drills, advanced strategy as students improve. Each session integrates sport specific strength and conditioning exercises with cardio to build endurance, power, and confidence without compromising safety. Coaching is inclusive and adaptable to all levels, ensuring everyone is challenged, motivated, and supported in every session.
